Kayla Mantle is a business-minded professional with an extensive background in finance, agriculture, and leadership. With experience spanning roles in lending, executive financial management, and public service as a Platte County Commissioner, Kayla brings a diverse and practical perspective to every venture she pursues.
A graduate of the University of Wyoming, Kayla holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business and International Agricultural Economics. Her education and real-world experience have given her a strong foundation in both local and global agricultural markets, financial strategy, and sustainable business practices.
Kayla and her family own and operate a working ranch near Wheatland, Wyoming, where they train performance horses, raise Mangalitsa hogs, and manage a prairie dog eradication business, Burrowing Rodent Control. Their operation includes horses, cattle, pigs, chickens, dogs, and—by Kayla’s own admission—“a few feral ranch kids.”
Raised in Wheatland, Kayla developed a lifelong appreciation for agriculture, rural values, and hard work. She continues to apply those principles daily—balancing her roles as a rancher, business leader, and mother of three: Kyah, Charly, and Holt.
When she’s not managing operations or serving her community, Kayla enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and golfing. Her combination of business acumen, agricultural expertise, and down-to-earth perspective makes her a respected leader and trusted professional in every field she touches.
